At Harken Derm, we know timing matters. That’s why we work hard to get your high-performance skincare to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs clearance—especially for international orders. We appreciate your patience and will always support you with tracking or concerns.

We want you to love every step of your skincare ritual. If something’s not working for you, we make it easy to return—even if the product has been opened and used.

You can return any product within 60 days of delivery, even if it’s been opened and tried. Why? Because we believe in the power of our formulas—and we want you to experience the difference with confidence.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at info@harkenderm.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the simple return process.

Return Notes:

  • We cover return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • For all other returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Abuse of our generous return policy (e.g., repeated excessive returns) may result in limitations.

We stand behind our products. If they don’t perform, we’ll make it right.


International Orders

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
